                 AT&T and Verizon, these two companies did not elaborate on the speed of the internet on the 5G network, but it has already been proven that the speed of this network will be many times higher than the 4G LTE mobile network. On the contrary, it will definitely be faster than a broad-bent internet connection. When 5G is available to internet users, the internet speed of mobile phones and homes will be extremely fast, allowing them to download the largest files in minutes.

               This technology will provide a lot of benefits to their users. Some of its benefits are:

Fast and furious speed:

              Over 25+ hrs. to download with 3G technology, would now take less than 4 seconds to download with 5G. From this speed, you can imagine how much fast it will be.

               With this technology, the number of devices that can be connected to the network increases greatly. It will go to a millionaire scale per square kilometer.

Self-driving cars:

            Self-driving cars will have a great benefit from 5G where you will see that one car, with hundreds or thousands of other cars through real time low latency network and with smart roads would be communicating and guiding it.

Disadvantages

             Just as it has many advantages, it also has many disadvantages. Some of them are as follow:

1. In order to implement a 5G network, we have to implant a lot of base stations everywhere because it has high frequency and short wavelength. So its range is too short as compared to 4G or 3G
2. Now we talk about the world health organization, whose international agency for research on cancer (IARC) has classified that the radio frequency radiations emitted from 5G technology as possibly carcinogenic to humans which means that radiofrequency might be cancerous to humans.
3. Another disadvantage of this is that hackers can easily hack any website by using it.

Conclusion

             From this, we have concluded that technology has taken the world a long way. Because of this, man has discovered things he never thought possible. The progress that man has made would not have been possible without technology. In telecommunication, it is the 5^th generation technology standard for cellular networks. According to GSM Association, this network predicted to have about 1.7B subscribers worldwide by 2025.
